SUGGESTIONS FROM RI STAFF 1.Districts should ensure regular updation of records.

2.CSOs should be in active communication with district leadership. 

3. Naming patterns that some of the Rotary clubs are adopting in adding CSOs, (Name of one school followed by name of planets, directions, groups as prefix or suffix). This exercise not only increase the paper work but also if the sponsoring Rotary club dies, all these CSO also die at the same instance. Example RC Tirupur recently chartered 20 Interact clubs in a single school with different "houses".

My Rotary Career

As chair of water management committee

• Organized 3 seminars at different venues for the Rotarians.

• Distributed 3000 copies of CDs with a presentation on SAVE WATER, to reach every Rotarian of District.

While Serving as Chair for Weak Clubs:

• We could achieve 3 clubs merger without loosing membership.

• Uplift 2 Clubs of membership 12 & 17 to membership of 25+ by organizing various projects in joint venture with the neighboring strong Clubs.

Being a Past Rotaractor, the Journey

in Rotary was as the path of petals:

• It was easy to understand the Internationality of Rotary.

• It was easy to cope-up with the Personalities, Positions & Protocols of Rotary.

• Planning, Presentation & Implementation of Projects became easier.

• I gained personal friends throughout the

World.• I understood the true meaning of World
