11.Running Costs that need covering by HS2:

-New hard base Car Park and access road

-New substantial ferry to transport users across lake

-Renew any damaged fencing so that public cannot gain access.

12. Compensation Issues.

• Compensation for loss of business.

• Compensation for loss of site value.

• Compensation for loss of Fishery stock due to pollution, Disruption or Theft.

• The site to be returned to my ownership in full after works are completed but with a permanent right for Hs2 to access the Viaduct for Maintenance purposes.

13.Landscaping.

• Norway Spruce to be included in any planting schemes to reduce sight and sound of the Viaduct from the historic Savay Farm.

• TPO’s to be placed on all the mature Oaks in the Viaduct Compound area off Moorhall road.(presently one of Savay Lakes Car Parks)

• All Gates and fences to be replaced after work is completed where the haul road broke the existing fence line Boundary at Savay Lake.
