You will receive an email from Hootsuite

Hootsuite will give you a temporary password

Follow the instruction on

how to change your password

Click on

You will be directed to Settings

To change your password

Scroll down to the bottom of the Account screen

Type in the old and new password on the

appropriate fields

Click Save Account Info

Let’s have a quick tour on Hootsuite’s Dashboard

These are the Dashboard Menu Options

Streams is where your

Social Media accounts are organized through Tabs

Publisher is where you

can create, edit and view

all of your scheduled

posts.

Analytics is where you

can create your Reports

Assignments can be

assigned if you are part of

an organization

Campaigns is where you

can create galleries,

contests, etc. in minutes

Contacts is where you

can see your Social Media

connections

We’re now ready to

connect Hootsuite to your Social Media accounts

Click Account Overview

Click Add a Social Network

Add these Social Networks (i.e. Twitter,

LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Click Connect with Instagram

A new window will appear

Click on log in

Click on Authorize

We’re now connected with Instagram

Mobile Device Setup

You may skip set-up and do it at a later time

Click Skip Set-up

Click Setup Publishing Now

Type-in Mobile Number

Make sure you have the

latest version of Hootsuite

in your mobile device

Open Hootsuite App in

your mobile phone

Go to Settings

Tap Notification Settings

Turn on Notifications for Instagram

We’ve successfully linked Instagram & HootSuite

Add ALL your other Social Network Accounts

by following the same procedure

we used to add Instagram.

Please note that the

Mobile Device Setup might be

different for other Social Networks

By this time, you should have successfully linked

ALL your Social Media Networks in HootSuite

Let’s now post a message

in Hootsuite and broadcast it in

multiple Social Media Networks

Click Publisher

Click Compose Box

click the Social Networks

you want to publish your message

Compose your message

here

Add a link here and shrink it

Add attachments here

You may add Photos,

Videos or other File Types

Click Send Now

your Post will be published on all

Social Networks that you

selected

The BEST thing about

Hootsuite is that

you can SCHEDULE your

posts

at a later Date and Time

Click the Calendar Icon

Set the Date here

Set the Time here

Click email me when message is sent

If you want notification

that your post has been

published

click Schedule

Your Scheduled Posts are saved in Scheduled

post across multiple Social Media Platform.
