How to make grilled cheese with pulled porkBy Tyler Mueller

Step 1:

Roast pulled pork in a crock pot at 250 degrees overnight. Roast the pork with other assorted flavorful spice enhancers. These include cloves, onions, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, water, salt + pepper. After the pork has been roasted, then drizzle BBQ sauce on top.

Step 2:Have ingredients prepared:

1.Cut up assorted cheeses (Cabot prefered)

2. Two slices of bread (August 1st sourdough prefered)

3. Pulled pork flavored with spices and BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce prefered)

4. Butter (real butter anything but that fake margarine)

5. Olive oil + Salt n Pepper

Step 3:

Take a frying pan and place it on a stove top burner. Turn the burner on to about the 3-4 level notch. Place butter in the pan once it have fully heated up. Let the butter melt so

it covers majority of the pan.

Step 4:

Once the butter if fully melted, place one slice of bread in the frying pan.

Step 5:

Place the first layer of cheese on top of the slice of bread. Once the first cheese

layer is in place, then drizzle a little bit of olive oil on to the open faced cheesy

slice. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper as well.

Step 6:

Add about half a cup minimum of roasted flavored pulled pork. Spread the pulled pork goodness evenly across the opened faced first layer of

cheese. *NOTE* It is extremely important to evenly distribute the pulled pork on the bread in order to

have the same amount of pork in each bite.

Step 7:

Once the pulled pork is evenly distributed, add a juicy layer of BBQ sauce

Step 8:

On top of the pulled pork BBQ sauce covered layer, the next step is to add the second layer of cheese. This is essential to have cheese surrounding both the top

and bottom on the sandwich.

Step 9:

Drizzle some olive oil on top of the final layer of

cheese. Add a little dash of salt and pepper also.

Step 10:

Now that all the essential ingredients are in the open faced sandwich, the final step is to put

the second slice of bread on top of it all.

Step 11:

Once the sandwich has the second layer of bread, take the sandwich off and place more

butter in the pan

Step 12:

Place the sandwich on the opposite side so that the most

recent piece of bread you used is touching the pan

Step 13:

About every few minutes flip the sandwich from side to side so it cooks evenly
