Click on the ‘drop-down’ menu

Job Type•Internet•Email•Printer•Troubleshoot•Program•N/A category

•Request New Internet Connection•Block / Unblock Website•No Internet Access Problem•Cyberoam Error

click CREATE button.

New Internet connection.

HOW TO MONITOR & APPROVE REQUEST

There are four (4) Pending Request

To approve a request:

-click on check box

-click on check-all

-click on Approved Selected

Control No:14,13,12,11

After approval Pending Requestis now down to 3

Notice Control No. 14 is removed from the list.

Completed Request

List of completed Job Request that requires user’s conforme.

On Process Request

List of Job Request attended and acknowledged by I.T. Support group

CLOSING THE JOB REQUEST

Completed Request

-User will receive email regarding the completion of the Job Request

The user has one (1) completed job request.

NOTE:

The user must acknowledge the completed job request otherwise he/she wont be able to create a new request.

Completed Request

•The details of the Job Request are listed on the confirmation form including the;

– immediate head comment

– and the I.T. support’s remarks.

• User must select from the drop-down menu his/her I.T. Rating

• Closing the Job Request means that the requirement has been served

Completed Request

Once the job request is closed;

Completed Request and Closed Request status will be updated.
