How do I create an Online Student Training Account?

It’s easy! We’ll walk you through all the steps.

Go to:

https://learn.slhs.org/learn

and click “Request New Student Account”

Create a username using your FULL school email address

Don’t have a school email? Use a personal, appropriate email address

Login with your username and password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the link to “reset your

password” and follow the instructions.

How to Reset Your Password

If you can’t remember your username

try your full school email address.

If neither work, please contact your

St. Luke’s Student Coordinator

IMPORTANT: The zip code must

match the zip code used when

you first created your account.

What to expect: To-Do List

Mandatory online trainings will be listed in your

Learning Center “To-Do” training list

IMPORTANT: Incomplete training modules can result in

suspension / cancellation of your clinical rotation

Online Training: “Start”

Clicking the “Start” button will open a new window

where you will begin the online training.

Make sure your browser will allow pop-ups!

Some trainings will have “Start” button.

Others will require you to register first.

If no buttons are available on the right, click the arrow

on the left and the “Start” button will appear.

Now click “Start” button to begin the online training.

How do I know when I’m done?

When you’ve completed your required trainings, your

To Do list will look like this. Congrats! Note: Those registered for in-person EMR trainings (ILT classes) will still see trainings on the to do list

You’re almost finished!

Now we just need to know that you’re done. Follow the steps on the next slide.

Export your Training Transcript From your dashboard, expand the “Manage Training” option,

then click “Training Transcript”

Bravo! You’re ALMOST finished. Next, you must export a PDF of your completed transcript.

As instructed, send pdf file to your School Coordinator.

All other students, send pdf to SLHS Student Coordinator.

Clinicals; don’t procrastinate! Modules are periodically assigned. Login frequently to watch for new assignments and upcoming expiration dates. Do NOT request a new account if have already have
