The United Nations and the humanitarian community in Haiti launched a Humanitarian Action Plan for 2013 for 144 million dollars, which was revised to 152 million dollars in August 2013 for assistance to IDPs; cholera epidemic response; reduction of food insecurity/malnutrition; emergency preparedness and response.
