Who doesn't go into a software project with great expectations? But reality typically doesn't live up to the high hopes we have for ourselves and our projects. Sometimes, things get so bad, that we literally don't know what to do. But we have to do something; we have to continue; we have to finish and finish well. How do we as individuals get through those tough times when projects aren't living up to our great expectations?
