Sometimes, things get so bad, that we literally don't know what to do. But we have to do something; we have to continue; we have to finish and finish well. How do we as individuals get through those tough times when projects aren't living up to our great expectations? And what can we do for our project teams and our organizations to sustain ourselves through challenges and propel us to success in very difficult situations?
