These meats are seasoned and cooked overnight under vacuum to tenderize for easy shredding and great natural taste! Quick and easy, food service personnel can heat 2 pounds of meat in just 25 minutes, hand-pull, and add to various recipes.
Slow-Cooked Chicken made with chicken thigh and breast meat, makes for a great heat and pull option! This great product has the ability to be used in many different recipes. It’s wide range of applications include adding to soups, gravies, salads, sandwiches, dips, tacos, enchiladas, nachos or pizza.
SLOW-COOKED CHICKEN
This Ribeye Lip-on is the boneless portion of the primal rib consisting of the ribeye muscle. It is fabricated from a 3” x 4” rib. The ribeye is then fully-cooked to Medium Rare. This product is considered upscale and is recommended to be sliced thick or thin for sandwich applications or thick sliced for center of the plate entrées.

Slow-Cooked Pork, made with whole boneless pork shoulders is great for many recipes. Its versatility makes it an easy to use product, shred/pull to preferred likeness. You can eat it by itself or add your own sauces, gravies, or seasonings to give it your personal touch. The possibilities are endless! It is great for center of the plate entrees, appetizers (pulled pork sliders), dips, soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches and many more!
SLOW-COOKED PORK
USDA Choice thin beef cuts are seasoned with Italian flavoring. It offers versatility in the kitchen, while giving the comfort of serving a lean, all-natural product that is a good source of protein. You can eat it by itself or add onions, green peppers, or pepperoncinis to give it a personal touch. It is recommended for Italian beef and Philly beef sandwiches.

Slow-cooked Beef, made with USDA choice thin beef cuts can be used in many ways. Lightly seasoned, you can eat it by itself or add your own sauces, gravies, or seasoning to give it your personal touch. It is recommend for a wide range of applications that include Philly beef sandwiches, dips, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, barbecue, Italian beef, or pizza.

1. Immerse pouch into boiling water for 20-25 minutes.
2. Carefully remove pouch from hot water and let cool for 2 minutes.
3. Open pouch with kitchen scissors and empty contents into serving pan carefully as contents are hot.
4. Shread with 2 forks, or if you desire, hand pull. Product must be 100° F to fall apart correctly.
STOVETOP BOILING
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.2. Empty contents of pouch into an oven-safe serving tray. CAUTION: Do not use pouch in conventional oven.3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
• This product can also be heated in a roaster or Crockpot. • It will stay tender and juicy for hours.• For natural smoke flavor, place in a foil pan on a grill with wood chips
