• Checklist of contents of the box

• PCOS machine and its power adaptor

• 10 test ballots

• 13 rolls of official thermal paper

• 1 envelope containing the back-up memory

• 3 labeled PINS of the BEI

• 1 labeled PIN for Re-Zeroing

• Modem/bridge or BGAN, if any.

Insert the Back-up memory card in the Administrator slot and seal with plastic security seal;f. Place iButton inside the printer compartment of the PCOS, g. Cover the printer and seal with plastic security seal;

h. Record in the Minutes the serial numbers of the plastic security seals used;

i. Place the battery and its peripherals inside the battery box;

j. Place inside the PCOS box the following:• The PCOS and its power adaptor• PINs for re-zeroing and • 2 copies of the Minutes in their envelopes

k. Seal the PCOS box with the paper seal provided for the purpose, and

l. Allow the watchers of the PPCRV to place their own seal.
