MARKET SIZE There is a fairly Huge market for Healthcare and Pharmaceutical in India with collective expected size USD $335 Billion by 2020. According to current trends people are getting attracted towards online pharmacies and healthcare service providers considering it as the smarter choice. Government has also spoken in support of the concept.

TARGET AUDIENCE Patients who require medicines and other healthcare products regularly need to be identified.

The GenY audience who will be the first movers to digitization and who trust online wallets and payments need to be targeted.

People with chronic illness need to be targeted.

STRATEGIES

TIE-UPS•The sale of medicines and healthcare products will done through tie-ups with local pharmacists who will be responsible for the in time delivery of products.•The pharmacies will get the orders based on the pin code selected.

BUSINESS MODELThere can be multiple possible revenue streams, but the main points are: • Commissions and Margins in products and services being sold through the platform will constitute most of the revenue.• Marketing of products among community and the data so formed will also create value.
