In Britain many city centres are being renovated. We are a small country and there is not much space.Therefore we are now building many apartments on old factory sites.

Centrick Property would let these new and modern apartments for landlords.

We would take care of things such as finding tenants, referencing these tenants and undertaking any maintenance needed.

For these services the landlords would pay us a portion of the rent.

My business would target both young professionals, who would be working in the city, and students. Birmingham has several universities and there is a great need for student accommodation.

Most people would prefer to use a letting agents than liaise directly with the landlord.

They felt that a letting agent would be more efficient and some have had problems with their landlords in the past.
