Afraid they won’t ask the right questions.

Good employee in the past, brief

history, interests, etc.

Honest, self-complimentary: hard

worker, did more than was expected…

What is your greatest weakness?

Hopes you will divulge any character flaws…

You aren’t perfect but you always work to

improve…

Mention a weakness

then turn it into a positive.
