56:11-28 to -41 ("FCRA"), the New Jersey Plain Language Review Act, N.J.S.A. 56:12-1 to -13

("Plain Language Act"), the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Notice and Warranty Act, N.J.S.A.

56: 12-14 to -56 ("TCCNWA"), the Contractors' Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-136 to -152, the

Contractor Registration Regulations, N.J.A.C. 13:45A-17.1 to -17.14, the Regulations Governing

Home Improvement Practices, N.J.A.C. 13:45A-16.l to -16.2 ("Home Improvement

Regulations"), and/or the Regulations Governing General Advertising Practices, N.J.A.C. 13:45A-
