Based on a working farm in Norfolk, these barns have beentransformed from brick, flint and pantile agriculturalbuildings into a series of light, spacious holiday homesunder the direction of the renowned architect Carl Turner.

PropertyThe barn interiors make use of reclaimed materialsincluding floorboards, fencing, museum and schoolfurniture, steel beams and agricultural items, giving eachone a unique feel. The barns give access to hundreds ofacres of the beautiful surrounding farmland and offer viewsof rolling countryside. Each barn includes use of the TheSheep Dip, the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steamroom.

A large solar voltaic panel creates a large amount of thesite's electricity, and a Biomass boiler heats the barns,swimming pool and farmhouse.

Accommodation Each barn comes with a smart TV and DVD player in eachliving area, a Freeview TV in each bedroom, and free WiFiand calls. The barns can be let individually or together.

The Stables: A two-bed barn conversion (sleeps 4) Both bedrooms in The Stables are en suite, and one has theability to be used as a twin or double. The living/diningroom has a wood burner, under-floor heating, renovatedwooden floors, and original brick stable walls. The kitchenis made almost entirely from reclaimed materials. There arewonderful views, often featuring a pony, rabbits, rooks orgeese, and plenty of personal outside space in which tocook, eat or relax.

The Piggery: A two-bed barn conversion (sleeps 4)Each of the bedrooms in this spacious two-bedroom barnhas its own bathroom, one en suite, the other separate.The comfortable, light-filled, open-plan living space has awood burner, under-floor heating and stripped woodfloors. The kitchen is unusual in design, well-equipped andgreat fun to use. There is an enormous amount of outsidepersonal space, offering plenty of opportunities to relax andenjoy the surroundings.

The Tack Rooms: A one-bed barn conversion (sleeps 2-3)The Tack Rooms provide very spacious accommodation fora couple or a couple with a young child. The barn has onedouble bedroom with a huge en suite bathroom with adouble shower. The living/dining room and kitchen haveexposed brick walls, stripped timber floors, under-floorheating and a wood burner. The kitchen is made fromdiscarded museum cupboards and school laboratoryworktops. There are beautiful views of ancient grassland,with plenty of personal outside space.
