CHECK IN/OUT
Check in from 2.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. Late checkouts can be arranged subject to availability. Fee applies. $30 per site and $50 per cabin. No refunds available for early departures.
RECEPTION HOURS 8:30am to 5.30pm daily. AFTER HOURS
For after-hours assistance, please use the after-hours number 0428 208 042 or call 000 in cases relating to FIRE, POLICE OR AMBULANCE. VEHICLES
Only one vehicle per site. Extra cars, commercial vehicles & boats must park in designated space available. Strict 8 KMH speed limit – kids share the park roads. No vehicle maintenance is permitted in the Park. Washing of vehicles must be conducted in dedicated car wash area.
VISITORS All visitors must register at the office upon arrival. A $5 fee is applicable per person using the facilities. Visitors’ cars must remain outside the park at all times. PETS Pets are welcome outside school holiday and peak periods on powered sites only and at Managers’ discretion. No pets in cabins. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. and not left unattended. All waste must be collected and disposed of appropriately in garbage bins. Pets are not permitted in communal areas and recreational facilities.
SUPERVISION OF YOUR CHILDREN The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety, so they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. Children must be supervised by an adult when
visiting the showers, toilets, pools and other recreational facilities. Management advise you that all recreational activities are done at your own risk.
BICYCLES AND SCOOTERS
Helmets must be worn, no riding after street lights are on. For safety reasons skateboards, green machines and rollerblades are not to be used in the park.
POOL AND AMENITIES
Our amenities and pool are for the use of guests only. Any request for visitors must be approved by management.
Pool opening hours: 8.30am to Sunset. No Life guard on duty. No jumping from pool seating. No glass permitted in the pool area. Failure to follow the pool safety rules will result in being asked to leave the pool area.
CAMP KITCHEN & BBQ AREAS
The main BBQ area is NOT to be used after 10.00pm. Please leave these areas clean and tidy after use. Open fires and coal BBQ fires are strictly prohibited. Portable BBQs are not permitted on cabin decks. Fridge and freezer will be cleaned out periodically. Out of date food will be disposed. No alcohol is permitted to be left in the camp fridges as children have access.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES Washing machines, dryers and clothes lines are provided for your convenience. The machines are coin operated and only accept $1 coins. Cold Wash: $5 Dryer: $5 per 20mins No washing of pet blankets.
WIFI
Complimentary WiFi is provided for one device on check-in providing 300MB and 24 hours usage. Additional data can be purchased at reception.
SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in communal areas, near recreational facilities or inside Park accommodation.
QUIET TIME AND NOISE The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbors and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 7am. No music between 10.00pm and 9.00am
RUBBISH REMOVAL Rubbish and yellow recycling bins are provided throughout the park. Please wrap all vegetable peelings or seafood before placing into bins.
SECURING YOUR SITE While Park Management do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, please secure your vehicle, bikes, eskys and other valuable while on holidays.
WILDLIFE Please enjoy the opportunities for interaction with the local wildlife. As cute as they may be however, feeding the wildlife can be detrimental to their health. We ask that you not feed any of the animals.
EVACUATION PLAN 3 blasts of air horn signals you to assemble in the emergency evacuation point(s), indicated on the reverse side map.
PARK MANAGEMENT DISCRETION Park Management has the right to direct any park patron (including their guests, visitors and invitees) to leave the park if that person refuses to comply with the park rules, causes a nuisance, or interferes with the use and enjoyment of the park.
INCIDENTS Please report all incidents or accidents as soon as possible.
