The Project for the QuickBooks final presentation got off to a rocky start. I was dreading this project at first because I didn’t have a company to model my project after. It wasn’t until the 3 days before the first milestone was due that I found a company to do my QuickBooks project. I was able to get my 1st milestone handed in on time. I stopped by to see Greg Roussin, owner of The Family Maytag Home Appliance Center a few times and he was very gracious about providing the necessary information I needed to do this project. It was a very frustrating but rewarding project and I learned about what could go wrong especially when all my information wouldn’t restore from the disc so I started from scratch one week before this presentation was due. Next time I will make two copies. Murphy’s law certainly applied in this case. I hope to someday use this software in a business situation so I can learn a little more about the software and program.
