Looking to the Future
The Foundation’s Strategic Plan has four goals:
1. Increase fundraising annually to at least $1.5 million by 2015 to provide more significant financial support to the College. Achieve at least 10% growth in 2013, with increased fundraising in each of the following years to meet 2015 goal of $1.5M.
2. Build a fundraising board capable of raising dollars for the Foundation through advocacy and stewardship.
3. Build Foundation office capacity and infrastructure to support fundraising goals.
4. Improve collaborative relationship and build effective integration between the Foundation and the College.
