First, your customized Risk Database is populated with your call report data.

This generates an Initial Risk Rating for your institute.

Next, we call your Chief Compliance Officer or other designee to review your Initial Risk Rating, clarify any questions and identify roles in your organization for our questionnaire process.

This call takes about 45 minutes.

Questionnaire notifications go out to people in your organization based on their roles. The questionnaire is answered in dependent order and covers a wide range of information, from products and services offered to key processes and disclosures.

AffirmX OnsiteVisit

The completion of the Questionnaire triggers three things:

•A revised Risk Rating•A visit from a senior AffirmX compliance expert•Upon completion of that visit, generation of your AffirmX Risk Management Policy Manual.

Your AffirmX Onsite Visit takes about 2 days. During that time, the compliance expert will perform some interviews, validate some processes and review those things that cannot be evaluated remotely.

Next, notifications begin, directing your staff on specific compliance activities throughout the year.

Your Risk database and Risk Rating are updated after each completed activity.

Onsite AffirmXVisit

At the end of the year, we help you prepare your Regulator Package, which is the information requested by your regulator for their compliance examination.

At that time, we perform another Onsite Visit to review your compliance results for the year, and prepare you for your regulator exam.
