An Event is live multimedia package carried out with pre conceive concept, customized or modified to achieve the clients objectives of reaching out & suitably influencing the sharply defined specially gathered target audience by providing a complete sensual experience & an avenue for two way interaction.

- Reach define as the adequate number of people belonging to the target audience of the client which is exposed to the event.

- In other words reach implies exposing the event to the right number of the right audience.

Reach can be divided into two types:-

External reach from event networking here means radio, television, newspaper, internet, publicity.

ACTUAL REACH

The number of people from the target audience who actually respond to the publicity campaign and attend event is the actual reach for an event.

INTERACTION

Interaction is a process in which there is an exchange of various types of information between the client and there target audience.
