Economic Feasibility Assessment
Cost/Benefits Analysis• Do the Benefits outweigh the Costs for the
owner? • Will it be a profitable business ?• How long will it take for the business to pay
itself off?
Site Assessment and Selection Location will be in the Hammond area. The owner would like a site big enough for future
expansion, if desired.
Once the land is chosen it will be surveyed. Building codes will be acquired.
The location, size, and cost of property will determine:• The building layout that will be used. • The number of buildings that can be built on
the property.
