• Maintain relationships with local feed retailers.
• Maintain county-level feed retailer database.
• Monitor email, fax, phone messages for alerts.
• Relay alerts to feed retailers.
• Report any changes in the number of participating feed retailers in their county.

Monitoring Diffusion
• Local Extension Educators are requested to update administrators annually regarding participant numbers.
• Information forwarded to the FAZD Center will be reported to the Department of Homeland Security.
