Our hotel includes 8 departments: Reception, Room Division, Porter, Restaurant, Accounting, Personnel, Marketing & Sales, and Engineering Department. And then GM is in overall charge of the hotel and the Resident Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the hotel.

The trainer and purchaser work under personnel manager.
