• Company culture & strategy
• Culture per country• Generations• Level of knowledge• Cycle & Time available• Devices & context• ‘am not learning’ factor

Conclusion : Beyond Corporate e-learning
1. Remove the word “corporate” (context related)
2. Stop and think of the last day of your life. Ask yourself “what have I learned ?”
1. Happy about it? You are on right way, like always.
2. Not Happy? Define some achievable objectives, for instance 3.
Tip : Reset & do it once every year. Just choose a date – except 1st January.
