The battery will be replaced by a generator to convert mechanical to electrical energy and to reduce the e-waste due to the chemicals in the battery.

Despite the new camera design costing more than the original, the generator can be reused while the battery in the original camera can’t be reused. Our design will be more sustainable in the long term.
