15A Restriction Zone - Fire Ratings of Buildings:A restriction zone on the use of land in relation to fire ratings of buildingsmeasured 3.0m from the padmount substation plinth is to be created in favour ofEndeavour Energy within proposed lots 2027, 2025, 2084, 2085, 2421, 2131,2189, 2188, 2224, 2225, 2271, 2272, 2301,2302.

15. Padmount Substation Easement - (Common Earthing):A minimum 5.5m x 2.75m easement for padmount substations is to be createdover proposed lots 2027, 2084, 2421, 2189, 2224, 2271 and 2301 in favour ofEndeavour Energy. This easement is a minimum size and in addition to thesubstation easement the following restriction zone requirements should bedocumented on the linen plan & 88b instrument. (Refer to Endeavour EnergyStandard MDI0044, Annexure 1 for Standard Easement Terms).

7. ATTENTION:The preparation of this design has been undertaken giving due consideration tothe location of existing services.
