Frontline Management

This qualification has been contexualised for the hospitality industry, with training and assessment tailored to the specific requirements of frontline staff in a hospitality setting.  Training and and assessment is delivered hoilstically with a major focus on practical service skills and real workplace scenarios. 

Hospitality Management

Traineeships are available in Certificate IV Frontline Management or Hospitality, they can include Responsible Serve of Alcohol (RSA), Food Handlers Certificates, First Aid Level 2 and more.

Face-to-face RSA training is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licenses.
