The house/building which has Oldie style coffee bar on the 1st fl. And Vintage clothes bar on the 2nd fl.

Secret recipe coffee, tea and treats. Renting area for people who want to

sell Vintage clothes.

Coffee and treats : 50-100 Bth ($2-4)/ cup or piece

Renting area for vintage seller : 350 Bth ($12)/ day

Now : Researching, Contacting and Promoting to the people who might be a target group and suppliers.

Starting after get back to Thailand not over 6 months
