Portfolio

Personal motivation - Sailing has always been my favourite leisure activity. Ever since I was a small boy I have been attracted to the challenges and the joys that sailing brings. The choice of designing a sailboat was additionally strengthened of the fact that it holds a perfect blend between the two disciplines design and engineering.

ThemagnificentarchipelagoesofScandinaviaarebestexperiencedfromsmallersailingboats.Thesmallsailingboatspermitsailorstocomeclosetonatureandexploreshallowbaysandmakespontaneousshortcutsontheroute.Smallersailingboatsarealsocheaperandeasiertorepair.TheymakethearchipelagoesofScandinaviamoreavailableforitsinhabitants.Duringthe70’sandthebeginningofthe80’stherewasadecentamountofScandinaviansailingboatmanufacturersproducingboatsatfarepricesforthecommunity.Manyofthesecameinsizesvaryingbetween24-28feet.Theseboatsarestilloutthereforreasonablepricesbutforeachyeargoingbythisfleetisgettingolderandolder.Soonerorlatertheymustbereplaced.
