Maintains the work structure by updating manpower report and manpower plant to Singapore Office
Maintains organizations staff by establish recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling manager candidate selections, conducting and analyzing exit interviewing, recommending changes for Indonesia office and oversea accordance to holding company needs
