Creating Tests From Pools

Click Test Manager

Click Add Test

Choosing “From a Question Pool or Assessment” will allow for specific

questions to be selected. Choosing “Random Block” will randomly select

questions from a test pool

1. Select the Pool

2. Select the types of questions

3. Select point value

2. Modify or Remove Questions

Click Add Test

Select the test and click submit

Make changes to test questions

Click Modify Test options

Click to make the test available

Choose options such as password protecting the test

Additional options such as randomizing test questions and display options can be chosen.

When finished, click submit

Students can access the test through the

Assignments area

All test questions are automatically graded except for essay questions

To grade essay questions, go to the Grade Center. Click on the drop down menu next to the submitted test, and select “Grade Details”

Scroll down to view the Essay questions

Record grade and click submit

The grade is entered into the

Grade Center
