Creating a logo for my artist ‘James Bundel’

Font Designs

• My first approach for creating a logo was by using different texts and fonts, with the name of my artist. Many Artists’ logo’s are their initials or their names, a few examples are shown below.

Most Preferred font logo’s

• This is a selection of my most favourite font logo Ideas.

Other Ideas..

• Alternatively, I could create my logo as a shape or picture to represent the artist.. Or to go with the name/initial to create one big logo. There are a couple of examples below.

My picture/image Idea’s..

• Throughout the song there are lyrics and scenes that reference to Jake and his past, and we see that he carries his guitar everywhere, using it as a personal shield. Due to this I felt that a guitar would be a perfect picture to add into to the logo as it represents him and his character very well.

My final font logo

• I had a lot of different idea’s for which font I would use in the logo and it was a hard choice to choose between them as they all look quite attractive (which would invite people into the digipak or listening to his music), and they also suit his genre and characteristics.

• This is the font which I have chosen for my logo.

Addition

• I have also decided to add a picture into the logo to give it more of an effect, and to really show people what the artists is like.

• This is the final image that I have decided to add into the logo.

• This is my finished design for the logo, which will be shown on the album cover/digipak, and used through his music.
