COOKING YOLK TURRÓN

RECIPEINGREDIENTS 250 GR SUGAR 1 LEMON PEEL(only yellow part) 300GR ALMOND

2 EGG YOLKS 1 FULL EGG SUGAR DECORATIONS

PREPARATION MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS. POUR SOME WATER ON YOUR HANDS. TAKE THE DOUGH AND PREPARE A BAR.

HEAT THE OVEN 180º AND BAKE THE BAR FOR 5 MINUTES.

FINALLY POUR SOME SUGAR AND BURN IT WITH AN IRON .

POUR SOME SUGAR

ADD LEMON PEEL

ADD THE ALMOND

ADD TWO EGG YOLKS

ADD A FULL EGG

MIX EVERYTHING TO GET A SOFT DOUGH

POUR SOME WATER ON YOUR HANDS AND PREPARE THE BARS

BAKE FOR FIVE MINUTES

AND YOU GET IT!!
