Conwell DanCeTheaTerDance performances take place in the Conwell Dance Theater (corner of Broad Street and Montgomery Avenue) on Temple University’s vibrant campus. New restaurants, shops and a movie theater sit across the corner from Rock Hall and the recently restored Temple Performing Arts Center (formerly the Baptist Temple) has been reopened on Broad Street. Over 10,000 students now live on and around campus. We encourage you to see these changes for yourself and enjoy a performance in our community.
is a performance and speaker series that brings together artists and scholars to explore how we assimilate ideas and events and our resulting actions within the field of dance. The Dance Department seeks to foster a critical engagement with the performances that we present through master classes, lecture-demonstrations and post-show discussions.
alumnI ShowCaSe is an annual event featuring artists chosen by a committee of student and faculty representatives.
We are grateful for contributions that support our performances. Tax-deductible gifts may be made online at giving.temple.edu/givetoboyer. Many thanks for your continued investment in our students at the Boyer College of Music and Dance.
Dance alumni are encouraged to update us on your professional or personal events. Please visit www.alumni.temple.edu or contact Molly Clark Davis at molly.clarkdavis@temple.edu
