Mr. Pasha has the pride of holding posi7ons at two major interna7onal development agencies i.e. United States Agency for Interna7onal Development (USAID) and Canadian Interna7onal Development Agency (CIDA). He has been assigned to conduct special studies (both inland and overseas) for bringing improvements in the office systems, and based on the results of his special studies, the office systems were precisely reformed by him, while his efforts were widely acclaimed by the heads of development. Apart from developing systems, he has also been providing inputs to the management on the development of policies and procedures. He has a proven command over wri7ng notes, minutes of mee7ngs, office procedures, draiing correspondence, handling foreign missions, managing office records and controlling the documents.
Being the coordinator of development systems, Mr. Pasha has also been responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the clerical aspects of the two organiza7ons, including the prepara7on, communica7on and storage of data and other important opera7ons. Having the role of coordina7ng on the front end and issuing various assignments to the support staff Mr. Pasha has been managing the team of secretaries and administra7ve support staff with heiy apprecia7ons. Besides, having been awarded with several commenda7on cer7ficates and cash awards from the governments of America, Canada and Pakistan Mr. Pasha has also on his credit 25 years of experience of working closely with the top level diplomats and execu7ves of the world including Pakistanis, Americans, Canadians, French, Bri7sh, Swiss and Germans. .
