CONCLUSIONS- students seem to know much more things about the recent

history of Europe - that may lead us to the conclusion that learning becomes

more effective when is assisted by press, television, internet and modern technology

- the students performed better if in the question there was an image or a picture

- in the interval between the first and the second completion of the questionnaire, different groups of the

students were attending workshops, presentations, seminars, webinars, watching movies or theater, doing

research and taking part in educational visits- the impact of all the activities was recorded in the

increase in the percentage of the number of the correct answers given by the students. This increase was in average
