2. Customer Relations/ Technical
Internship description: The intern will have a significant impact on product creation and evolvement based on both customer feedback and individual insights. The Customer Relations/Technical intern will communicate directly with 24me users to receive customer feedback and assist with other issues. Our marketing focus is currently targeted towards the creators as we would like to enrich our gallery. Later, we will shift targeting to consumers/customers as well. We approach potential creators via email campaigns. First we build our database sourced from various online websites (visual art schools, artist marketplaces, galleries, blogs, etc.), then we launch a “multi-wave” email campaign. About HAC

During the internship, you will have the chance to engage in all aspects of marketing, including: blogging, PR, community management, SEO, ads, research, retention, product marketing, as well as devising and implementing your own creative marketing campaigns. In addition, also you will have the opportunity to work on the company’s fundraising and business development efforts.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a large community of users
Developing marketing materials, website contents, press releases and articles
Perform marketing campaigns based on Zeek strategic messages
Creating and launching marketing campaigns based on Zeek strategic messages
Creating marketing materials in English that deliver product messages, value, and features
Requirements include:
Strong analytical, verbal /communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Understanding of marketing principles and social networks (Facebook, Twitter)
Basic knowledge of office tools: Microsoft Office etc.
Team player, working across different Zeek
Native-English speaker and writer
