Addendums not filed
Transfer Credit
Make sure ALL of your transfer credits from other institutions are on your NAU transcripts.
If your transfer credits are not appearing on your NAU transcripts, contact the other institution and request an official copy to be sent to NAU’s Undergraduate Admissions Office
Your degree will not post until all of your transfer credits have been uploaded to the system.
Graduation AddendumYou need to file an Addendum:
Drop/Add course(s) after you file your graduation papers
Add a minor/major after you file your graduation papers
Change the term, institution, credit hours, of a course after you file your graduation papers
Your degree will not post until Addendum is filed
What to do after May, 2012
Be sure to check your NAU email each week after May 13, 2012.
NAU email is how the Registrars Office will alert you to any concerns/problems/questions they have about your graduation application.
You can check to see if your degree has been awarded by logging on to LOUIE. At the bottom of your unofficial transcripts you will see your degree listed. For example:
Awarded May 13, 2012, Bachelors of Arts in English
When you see your degree listed at the bottom of your transcripts you have officially graduated. It will take 6-8 weeks to physically receive your diploma in the mail after the posting.
