4. Christians believed that Jesus settled the argument. And that HOPE became

the centre of Christianity.

Our Saviour, Christ Jesus, has destroyed death

and has brought life and immortality to light

through the gospel.

Why?Two

reasons...

(1) They believed Jesus truly had risen from the dead – the evidence

convinced them.

(2) They experienced the invisible presence of Jesus in their lives, and

that experience transformed everything.

7. So Christians believe in life after death because they believe Jesus has proved it to them... and they can trust

him.

8. What will it be like? Not this...

9. ... but a whole new world in which God isn’t remote and distant, but living

himself in the midst of his creation
