• Are the tasks and functions in the correct place Division/Directorate; and

• To consider in particular the placement of events, agreements, schools recruitment and scholarships.

Major changes proposed based on

• Events overseen and managed from a single location –

Directorate of Marketing

• Responsibility for, and oversight of, agreements to sit in

Division office

• CRM & Database management to sit in the Division

office

• Development of Schools’ strategy to sit in Directorate of

External Engagement, but school visits , except HEPPP

or HEPP projects, be done by student recruitment team

in Directorate of Future Students

Formal Change proposal - Phase 2

In the proposed structure:

• Nature of some jobs will change;

• New positions will be created; and

• Some existing roles will no longer be required.
