Capacitance Calculation

This web page can be used to calculate the capacitance of a single phase single or double bushingcapacitor commonly used on medium and high voltage capacitor banks. Use Table one when thecapacitor frequency and capacitive reactance is known. Use table two when the capacitor frequency,

kvar, and voltage rating are known.
