Site Envelope Issues
Can the proposed square footage fit on this site? (What are the programmatic square footages for building, parking, access, site, accessory structures or uses?)
Does the site provide opportunities for good civic (outdoor) spaces? Does the site provide potential for future facility expansion? (What are the potential future
expansion needs?) Does the site allow for sustainable design principles to be employed? Visibility
