Application Support from the Hartley & Sugden Team
Hartley & Sugden has a team of qualified, fully trained and experienced staff available to provide expertise relating to all aspects of boiler design, application and installation.
The team comprises internal and external staff which can offer assistance in selecting the best boiler types to suit your specific heating and hot water requirements.
Experienced Engineers are available to visit site and undertake surveys to assess requirements and provide a technical specification and quotation.
Hartley & Sugden design Engineers use CAD technology including 3D in order to support the application of boilers in relation to the project design.
Production facilities in the UK at Halifax and Bradford are staffed by an experienced management team and fully trained Engineers and operatives.
An after sales support team provides service, commissioning and maintenance facilities for all Hartley & Sugden products.
Spare parts are also available for the whole boiler range.
Our extensive product range offers boilers with outputs from 60 kW to 14MW for firing on oil, gas and other fuels.

Hot water boilers are compliant with Part L2 A and B of the 2010 Building Regulations
All boilers conform to CE requirements where appropriate and are tested and certified to all relevant EU standards and requirements including EN 303:1 which is the EU standard for safety and performance of commercial and industrial boilers.
Quality Build
All boilers should be installed in accordance with the relevant requirements of the following :- • Building regulations • Health and safety regulations and legislation IEE regulations • Gas safety (Installation and Use) regulations • National and local water regulations • Insurance company codes
