Reporting
Specific in BIOKOS• Plant delivery and investment project
– Supply Chain Management• Equipment/manufacturing, automation, technology all together
– Technical Requirements from Russian / The Custom Union’s legislation • New requirements or coming new requirements notice EU regulation like ATEX 94/9/EY,
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EY etc.– Quality Control of Manufacturing – Certification by third party (accredit by Russians requirements)– Export/Import to Russia– The first plant using both technologies together, dryer and gasification – Schedule and budget is limited
• Manufacturing, testing, transportation and customs, installation and start-up must do during project schedule and under the budget

Benefits of the BIOKOS
• Concrete project which increases using of bioenergy in Karelia• Finnish innovations
– Thermal Dryer– Gasification
• Raw materials are sludge and wood chips– Remaining ash is a form of granular– Possibilities to develop new ash solutions for different applications: it
depends on physical, chemical and mineralogy properties of ash• In business, it creates policies and management model for any further
supply of the future
