size city (not really a city) 50km from

Lisbon, and is the “capital” of the

municipality.

521,4 km², and 28.000 habitants, that

includes all the localities show on the

The Benavente High School (Escola

Secundária de Benavente) have been

build a long time ago. Two years ago in

the beginning of the school year of

2009/2010, the school have open with a

new “face”. It wasn’t any longer a old

school.

Since 2009, our school have open with a

completely different aspect. The

precarious situation of the old school

have been replaced by modern and

comfortable installations. In next slides

we will give you a small presentation of

our today school.
