INTRODUCTION
PROJECT TITLE: THE COMMUNITY I WANTED TO SEE PROJECT
PROBLEM STATEMENT: The main problem of the community that I want to help is to get rid of trash.
COMMUNITY NEEDS: The community needs an information and education campaign to add knowledge and understanding of what solid waste management is all about and lack of trash bins for their disposal activities.
OBJECTIVES: To have a community that will serve as an example to other communities and achieve a goal of having a clean community.
SOLUTION STATEMENTS: To conduct an educational campaign that will serve as information for the people in the community and provide trash bins for their disposal activities.
OUTPUTS: 15-20 volunteers to help conduct the educational campaign, providing 2 trash bins with three sets (biodegradable, non-biodegradable and recycle).
OUTCOMES: Awareness on garbage effects to environment and responsible acts of waste disposal.

How applied in your project? This will be applied by dealing with the people in the community regardless of race, ethnicity and beliefs.
How innovative is your project?
My project is not really unique because it has Proper Waste Disposal Management actions are very common.

Specifically about? Using the social media as a tool to spread information about the action plan and invite volunteers to join.
How applied in your project? To use the social media as a way of reaching interested people in participating on the project implementation.

Specifically about? Knowing and understanding different people from different places and to have a communication because of similarities.
How applied in your project? By communicating with people of different behaviors through one similarities and that is to bring change to the community.

How applied in project? By dealing with conflicts that might occur while implementing the project because not everything will go smoothly as how we want it to be.

How applied in project? By using effective communication skills in convincing people to get involve to the project.
