The process of turning raw materials into specimens ready for testing is completely controlled by the automatic specimen preparation system. - No physical manipulation from an operator is required. - The system can run in fully automatic or in semi automatic mode. - From a single raw material piece, three charpy specimens are made.

Tensile specimen sizes DF13 T= 1,5 – 16 mm VF1 T= 1,5 – 7 mm Robot Cell size 3,5 x 5 m (required space: 5 x 6,5 m)

CNC- controlled video measuring system (Impact specimen) - Height - Width - Length - Notch Radius - Notch Angle

Automatic marking system 20W YAG fibre laser with 100.000 hrs of burning time.

Automatic matrix reader Code reader capable of handling 1D, 2D, stacked or postal symbologies.

Automatic tool control Integrated tool wear and crash detection system.
