Dan Stewart began his career at Char-Broil in October 1989 asa Product Development Engineer. _ At that time he reported directlyto me, then a Product.Development Manager

Dan's responsibilities required not only the development ofinnovatJ-ve, new products and product features, but the engineeringof diagnostic methods and criteria through which new coneepts couldbe evaluated. Dan met the challenges of this position with thehighest degree of professibnal competence. His analyticalreisoning and strong engineering ski11s allowed him to make soundtactical judgements and arrive quickly at accurate conclusions.

. Since that time, DaR's responsibilities and impact haveescalated. In his most recent position within the ManufacturingEngineering Department, his efforts have had a positive effect onthe entire line of Char-Broi1 products.
