“In Progress” means that the hours were entered and the time sheet was not
SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL
ACTION: Inform your employee that they must “SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL ” this timesheet, it will not be paid unless this is done prior to the pay period cut-off
“Not Started” means that no hours have been entered by employee
ACTION: Inform your employee that they must enter their hours and “SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL” their timesheet prior to the pay period cut-off or they will not be paid this pay period.

2. Check the box to approve hours3. Save for approval

PROXY SET UP: If you are on vacation and unable to approve the timesheet for your employee you can to set up your supervisor as a temporary proxy for this period
